The Monarch Experience

A day, from
first light.

Steady routines, clear expectations and a community of women — one day at a time.

Recovery begins the way every day does — quietly, with first light, and one steady step at a time.

Life at Monarch follows a recognisable rhythm. Mornings begin early and calmly. Days are for building — work, school, appointments, therapy or outpatient programming when applicable, fitness and responsibilities. Evenings are for connection, and nights for reflection and rest.

It’s a simple shape, and that’s the point: a steady day makes room for everything else recovery asks of you.

House guidelines

Clear expectations,
explained personally.

Every sober living home has guidelines that keep the house safe, substance-free and supportive. At Monarch, the expectations are clear and applied consistently.

Rather than list policies that can change, we walk every prospective resident and family through the current house guidelines personally — so you can ask questions and understand exactly what daily life involves before making any decision.

Optional — confirm with Monarch

If Monarch wants specific house guidelines published here (curfew, meeting expectations, sobriety testing, chores, visitor and phone policies, minimum stay, fees), supply the approved wording and it will be added. None have been invented.
